You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using GraiverCode you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit prohibited content, or abuse the service, and we may remove associated content where necessary.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you submit. You represent that you have the right to share information about the deceased and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. GraiverCode reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or that is reported as inappropriate.
Tributes, comments, and other visitor contributions are user-generated content and do not represent the views of GraiverCode. Contributions are subject to automated and manual moderation, may be removed at our discretion, and can be disabled entirely by the memorial's owner. By submitting a contribution you grant GraiverCode a license to host and display it on the relevant memorial page.
GraiverCode QR plaques are designed for outdoor use, but installation is performed by you at your own discretion and risk. It is your responsibility to obtain any required permission from the cemetery or property owner before placing a plaque. Cemetery policies vary, and some (including Veterans Affairs and national cemeteries) prohibit attachments to markers. GraiverCode is not responsible for plaques removed by cemetery staff or property owners, for damage to headstones or other property arising from installation or removal, or for placement that violates a cemetery's rules. GraiverCode makes no warranty or guarantee against fading, weathering, discoloration, adhesive failure, or any damage or wear resulting from weather, climate, environmental conditions, or the passage of time. Product lifespan depends on climate, surface, and installation quality.
If you believe content on GraiverCode infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@graivercode.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material.
GraiverCode owns the platform, brand, and software. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant GraiverCode a license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
GraiverCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraiverCode and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you submit, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or of any third party's rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
